    I am working through KS3 booklets and yr 10 curriculum to fit in the worksheets from the A-Z of food science. It is well suited for various levels of learning abilities as well as EAL learners. And for teachers who are not so strong on food science such as myself I have found the processes are shown through drawings, the vocabulary terms and explained clearly.

    The course content was great. Unfortunately I was ill so had to join online on the day. This was very good but the internet kept dropping out. However very professional and informative

    Your digital ticket allows full on access post event to all the course presentations, videos, slides, links and everything from the day. You can download the information that you need form the on-line course (such as slides) and revisit as many times to watch the presentations again and use the resources presented. We will send you the instructions again.

    Wonderful and insightful day. Lots of short, sharp and focussed sessions, with some great takeaways. I found the curriculum updates really useful. The set up was great. I attended a event session which I really enjoyed because of the presence of other food teachers.
